Youth in Action for a Healthier Future

Obesity has become a global health problem that affects not only individuals but entire societies. Unhealthy habits adopted at an early age often lay the groundwork for serious illnesses later in life. At this very point, we, as Guardian Angels of the World, joined an international Erasmus+ project to raise awareness among youth.

Throughout the project, young participants engaged in activities that supported not only their physical health but also their mental and cultural development. They explored the effects of daily exercise, the benefits of water consumption, and how a healthy diet improves overall well-being. Through art-based awareness sessions, they had the opportunity to creatively express what they learned.

Participants didn’t just learn about healthy living—they also discovered the Erasmus+ program in detail. While improving their language skills, they experienced the value of intercultural communication, breaking down stereotypes and building empathy across borders.

Thanks to this initiative, young people became more conscious of the health risks associated with sedentary lifestyles and poor nutrition. We believe they will carry this awareness into their everyday lives and inspire those around them.

This project was a step forward in raising a healthier, more informed generation—ready to take action for themselves and their communities.
