Gender equality is not solely a women's issue—it is a responsibility that belongs to society as a whole. With this awareness, our project was implemented to highlight the structural barriers women face in professional and social life, aiming to transform societal perceptions and foster an egalitarian perspective.

Participants took part in interview simulations where they experienced the kind of discriminatory questions often directed at women. Through this activity, they gained insight into the invisible barriers and biased attitudes women are frequently subjected to in the workplace. Cultural exchange nights also offered an opportunity to explore how gender roles are perceived across different countries, revealing that gender inequality is a global concern.

The non-formal education methods used throughout the project helped participants develop self-confidence and strengthen intercultural dialogue. Core messages of the project—such as increasing women's representation in decision-making positions and advocating for equal pay for equal work—were actively discussed and internalized.

This project enabled individuals to question their own biases, develop empathy, and take active roles in advancing social transformation.
